  Sean Blinch   Sean’s career as a trainer began after a transformational weight loss where he lost over 100lbs. This sparked a 180 degree turn in his career path and brought clarity to his existing blurry trajectory involving the Canadian Military and a career in music.  A major gym brand hired him on little more than a good attitude and a promise to become certified in Personal Training.  Years of obsessive learning led the way to a successful Personal Training business that carved him out as a leader in the Canadian Fitness industry.  Twelve years later, Sean acted on his ultimate dream of opening a fitness centre that balanced community, exercise and lifestyle- delivered in a Canadian way.   Michelle Dukowski   Having spent most of her life as a competitive soccer player, finding her way into the professional fitness industry seemed a natural fit for Michelle.  She began her career as a Personal Trainer over 7 years ago, and her success in working for the largest fitness company in Canada, followed by her own Personal Training business has ultimately led her to be part of the creation of Red Leaf Fitness.  Michelle has always been most passionate about helping others, and she is inspired to create positive change in the lives of as many people as she can.  For Michelle, success is measured by day to day achievements, the confidence people learn to have in themselves, and the positive impact she is able to have on her community. Michelle Dukowski

I started training with Sean after a friend of mine brought me to my first CrossFit class that he was coaching. Right away, I was hooked. Hooked on the atmosphere, the supportive environment and hooked on the challenging workouts.  After years of working out and coming from an environment where I was surrounded by the mentality of working out as much as you can and eating as little as possible, I soon realized that I had a very negative image of myself. Within a couple of months of training with Sean in the CrossFit environment, I started to view myself differently. It wasn’t just about excessive cardio and green juices. It was about training smart, training hard, fueling my body well and viewing myself as an athlete. It didn’t take long until my husband noticed positive changes in my attitude and mindset and I could see my kids viewing me as strong and healthy. Nothing is better than to be a positive role model for my kids and especially for my daughter.  I’ve been training with Sean for just over one year. I have a long way to go but as he reminds me regularly, I have come so far! I have walked into many sessions coming off a day of stress, worry and busyness but always leave my workout feeling calm, accomplished and empowered. Sean encourages and motivates and really looks at his coaching role from a mind body standpoint. He helps me overcome my mental obstacles just as much as my physical ones all while making me laugh along the way. To say Sean has helped change my life is an understatement. Aside from being an excellent coach and trainer, I really believe he genuinely cares about the people he comes in contact with and views it as a privilege to be a part of their journeys to be better, stronger and happier people.
