Our premise is that the only diet you should be on is one that you can do for the rest of your life.  Your diet can, and should be, balanced, appropriate to your life's demands, and should adapt to shifts in your life.  Adventure Food is designed to empower you to make lifelong, sustainable choices while developing a healthy relationship with food- viewing it as nourishment - not simply as ‘calories’.   Learn why quality matters, how to manage portion sizes to suit your goals, nutrient timing and managing your macros in a way that empowers you to make the best choices for you and to live a happy, confident life.

It is about helping clients find what works for them, their life and their goals.  Whether your goal is to have more energy to play with your kids, to have a body you feel proud of and confident in, or to maximize your performance, Adventure Food is for you.  Have specific athletic or physical goals that need more detailed attention?  Templates are a great place to start, but sometimes we need more… With Adventure Food you can go beyond the template and work one-on-one with a coach to systematically customize a plan that works specifically for you and your goals.
